VTV Vietnam will host the 2025 Asiavision Coordinators’ meeting in Hanoi on 16-17 January.

The theme for the meeting is ‘Going Global – News for an International Audience’.

Training will be provided in producing multiplatform news for international audiences. The meeting will also review Asiavision’s performance over the past 12 months and plan the year ahead, launch an ABU News mentoring program and undertake the 2025 Future of News survey.

VTV is one of Asiavision’s best members; it uploaded more stories than any other member last year, consistently provides high quality vision and shares beautiful human interest stories of international appeal. It also provides excellent coverage of headline news, including Typhoon Yagi, for which it won the September Asiavision award.

Registrations are open now. Each Asiavision member is entitled to sponsored travel (flights and accommodation) for one person. All ABU members are welcome to attend.
