Connecting Members Across the Region

The Member Relations Department serves as the primary link between the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) and its diverse network of member organisations across the region. Headed by Ruchi Malhotra, the department is responsible for strengthening engagement, fostering collaboration, and ensuring members are able to fully benefit from the Union’s wide range of services, initiatives, and industry platforms.

Working closely with broadcasters, media organisations, and industry partners, the department supports communication, membership engagement, and regional cooperation while helping members stay connected to the latest opportunities, events, and developments within the broadcasting industry.
