ABU News Chair gets new role at TRT

Ahmet Görmez, who chairs the ABU News Group, has been appointed as the new Deputy Director General of TRT Türkiye.

He will be based in both Ankara and Istanbul.

Before this appointment, Ahmet served as the News Coordinator at TRT Haber in Ankara, Türkiye.

He succeeds Ömer Faruk Tanrıverdi in this role.
