The HR & Administration Department plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU), ensuring a productive, efficient, and well-coordinated working environment across the organisation. Headed by Suriani Md Mustafa, Manager of HR & Administration, together with Anis Aiman, Admin Assistant, the department oversees human resources, administrative operations, staff support, and workplace coordination.

From employee management and organisational administration to internal support and operational efficiency, the department helps ensure that the Union continues to function smoothly while supporting the wellbeing and development of its workforce.

Working closely with all departments, the HR & Administration team plays an essential role in strengthening the foundation of the ABU, enabling the organisation to operate effectively as one connected and collaborative community.
